We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects of our stay were the friendly and attentive staff, the excellent cleanliness, the convenient location close to the city center, and spacious parking. The breakfast spread was good and we were able to easily hail a taxi parked outside of the hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel lobby was spacious and well-decorated, giving a pleasant first impression. The breakfast spread was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. Location wise, it was conveniently situated near the city center and easily accessible by public transportation.

The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, providing limited information and making it feel as though we were bothering them.

My stay at the Golden Tulip Canaan Kampala was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the fantastic customer service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home and well taken care of. The staff, including Beitel, Isaac, Janice, and all others, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. When I fell sick, Beitel immediately arranged for a doctor to come to my room and provide treatment. I truly felt like I was being looked after with genuine care. The level of attention and care from the staff was exceptional, and I have never experienced such impeccable customer service before. The gym and the rooms were also of great quality. my experience at this hotel was truly 5-star.

The only improvement I can suggest is better service at the ground floor restaurant. There were times when it was difficult to find someone to serve us, and the service was slow.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Uganda. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Golden Tulip made us feel welcome and taken care of. The security guards were friendly, the check-in process was efficient, and the registration clerk was lovely. We were escorted to our impeccably clean and well-equipped rooms, complete with coffee/tea service, fresh fruit, and a refrigerator. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel also had excellent amenities, such as a TV with a wide range of channels and a reliable air conditioning system. We even enjoyed cocktails on the patio and a delicious breakfast the next morning. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, making me want to return to Uganda just to stay at this hotel again.
